Brett Murray vs Zuma
I’ve been watching with interest this whole Brett Murray vs Zuma thing. I think it’s great for publicity around art and also for art law. Where is the line between artistic freedom and defamation of character? And should the position of president be respected, nevermind the person who is in fact president at this particular moment in time?
